📢 NEW SCHOLARSHIPS POSTED: Another batch of scholarships has been posted! Please pay attention to the counseling department deadlines and not the deadlines on the applications. Additionally, please note the change in submission time to the counseling office from 3:00pm to 2:30pm on the respective due dates!

📢 SENIORS - NEW SCHOLARSHIPS HAVE BEEN POSTED: Another batch of scholarships has been posted. Please pay attention to our deadlines and not the deadlines on the applications.
A few scholarship reminders:
1. Don't print your scholarships to attach, we will do that with an official one for you (thank you Mrs. Daughtery)!
2. Download the form before filling it out!
3. Check your spelling, that you have all required materials attached, and all spots are filled out before submitting.
Due to the National Weather Service forecast indicating a strong possibility of high winds and severe thunderstorms all Hannibal Public Schools will dismiss early today, Friday, March 14th to ensure that all of our students and buses get home safely.
HHS/HCTC will dismiss at 1:00, HMS will dismiss at 1:30, and all elementary schools will dismiss at 1:45. There will be NO afternoon Preschool classes.
There will be no afternoon practices or activities. Students will be served lunch at school prior to dismissal.

✨ Ellie Locke, an HHS alum and recent Arkansas State graduate, returned to share her incredible study abroad experience with French students! This past fall, Ellie spent four months living and learning in Grenoble, France. Now, she’s taking her passion for French even further as a graduate student and teaching assistant this fall.

Today Missouri State Treasurer, Vivek Malek made a special stop at Hannibal High School to talk about the Missouri 529 plan! We were honored to welcome him as he shared valuable insights on saving for higher education.
Over 70 of our personal finance and business students chose to attend and learn more about planning for their educational future. Thank you, Mr. Treasurer, for taking the time to visit and spread awareness about this important resource! 🏴☠️

🎨✨ CONGRATULATIONS to HHS Midterm Graduate Stormy Lewis!!! Her artwork, titled Beetle Buddies, has been selected for the 2025 Senate Student Fine Arts Exhibit at the Missouri Capitol!🏛️🎉
Stormy also has the opportunity to attend the awards ceremony in Jefferson City on April 10. This is a well-deserved honor—way to go, Stormy! 👏❤ 🏴☠️
